“Document”… a new safety circular concerning event rooms

A new security circular published Wednesday July 2, 2025 reveals that security authorities have backed down by preventing event room owners from renting them after ten in the evening.
The latest circular simply prohibited event halls from placing speakers outside the halls and using them only inside the halls, in addition to not using loudspeakers on the streets.
The circular states that this is aimed at reducing inconvenience caused by loudspeakers at weddings.
